This apartment was in an excellent location (although a 30 minute walk from Independence Square) with plenty of bars cafes and restaurants within walking distance.

Everything provided on site photos is true. Always satisfied, doesn't metter where we had lived. No complains for all the time. This december 2013 - january 2014 stayed at Lisenko str, building 3, ap. 20. Perfect place to enjoy your lovely rest!!! Recommend to everyone!!!

We lived on the Kostelnaya str. Location is perfect. Price / quality ratio - above all praise. We had, in fact, two rooms apartment in Kiev, with entrance hall, kitchen, internet, lovely bathroom. Available hairdryer and ironing facilities. Mugs, cups, spoons, pots, pans, kettle also were sufficient. Greatly enjoyed staying at this hotel! Strongly recommend fans walk alone! =) Everything was fine! Thank you!

+ Great location, apartment in Kiev on the street. Lysenko, 3, around the corner from the Opera House and Art. m Zolotovorotskaya, two blocks from Downtown. Quiet street, the balcony door was open at night, the noise from the street did not stop. Manager Nick - friendly contact. Modern appliances (TV, air conditioning). A small refrigerator, but in 3 days of stay - is enough. Nice, new dishes, wine glasses. Shelves for things in the bathroom were all comfortable. "
